Price was laid out (no taxes, fees, etc.) and was contacted beforehand for pickup on day requested, guy showed up at the time he was supposed to, car was delivered right on time, although very dirty. I was able to call and get an update on where car was, as I am a worrier. Only thing not sure of is I thought Montway rules said only one item allowed to pack in the car; guy who showed up said he thought it was 150 lbs. I would have put more heavy items in there if I thought I could. Had never done this before, and was very pleased with up-front pricing, customer service and car delivery.
