Montway was easy and helpful from start to finish. The carrier I was assigned (kwik trans) was on time, communicated well, and took care of my car. I used an enclosed trailer, which had a few high value performance cars, which showed to me that people trust their service. Also, understand two things - Montway is just the broker, not the transporter, and the time window is an estimate. The guy ended up coming 1 day after my window, which I had absolutely zero problem with. There's not always a transport truck waiting to pick your car up, sometimes it comes early, sometimes a day or two late. Just know this going in. Also want to add, that my driver Renat Safitov, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional. He had the opportunity to come the day before, but it would have been at night where we couldn't take good pictures of my vehicle. I was relieved and on board, when he asked if we do it early the following morning, so we can take detailed pictures of my car. I had no doubt the entire time that my car was in good hands with Renat. 5 stars, and I will use them when I need to ship again

Thank you for the great review, John. Absolutely correct with the estimates. Auto transport is a niche industry and does not have the resources to have trucks waiting. Due to this, trucks are pretty much always on the move unless the driver is on break. Because of this, we have to estimate dates as it's possible the driver could be earlier or later in their arrival times. We do make sure to provide driver contact info and as part of the service, the driver will contact you to schedule arrival on both ends. We'll be sure to let Renat know they did an excellent job.
