I knew nothing about how it all worked. There are dozens of companies. I went with my gut and first impressions of each of a few companies that I contacted. Montway was spot on from start to finish. They made it very easy and all parties were in constant contact. Montway, the dispatcher, and even the driver called me with updates, and all gave me contact info to reach them if I needed anything. Driver estimated 8:30 am arrival, and arrived promptly at 8:30 am. All was in perfect order. If you don’t know where to turn, call Montway. I will never use anyone else.
