Finding a company willing to take on the shipment a vehicle with 3 1/2 inches of ground clearance was a bit of a challenge. Getting an online quote from Montway was a simple process and their quoted price was competitive. One call with one of their representatives made me comfortable that my car could be shipped without issue. Once the order was placed communications with Montway were via email. They emailed saying the driver would contact me in 1-5 days. He called on day 2 and said he would pick up the car on day 5. On day 4 he called told me when he would arrive and we agreed on a convenient location to load the vehicle. He picked up the vehicle on time the next day and gave an estimate time of delivery. He called to let me know a day later when the vehicle would arrive and called the day before the delivery to confirm the delivery time and we picked a location that would be convenient for both parties to receive the vehicle. He arrived on time the day with the car in perfect condition. If your looking for a company to ship your vehicle with a competitive price Montway Auto Transport is a good choice. I have only used them once but I would rate that experience outstanding from their on line tools for quotes and orders. The person I talked with was an expert in their process with outstanding communication skills. The drivers communication skills again were outstanding keeping me informed as to pick up and delivery. The next time I ship a vehicle I'm calling Montway.
