I called Montway Auto Transport for a quote from Florida to Tennessee for my truck. The phone rep was adversarial from the start. I was told that a pickup date could not be promised and that there could be a three day delivery window. That led to a requirement on the part of Montway to have a person who could release the car on pickup and another individual on the delivery end that could receive the vehicle other than myself? I explained that that wouldn't be possible to the phone rep. Then the rep very quickly got even more adversarial and very curtly quoted a fee of $995.00 which was the highest quote that I've received to date. When this rep answered my call he never even stated that he was with Montway. I had to ask if I had called the right place!!! Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
