Terrible communication and process

Set up was fast, easy, and polite. As soon as I pre-paid, it all went in the gutter. Zero communication, drivers and dispatchers impossible to contact. First truck had to be replaced (no communication from Montway). Second driver no idea how to plan a route evidently. No show on first day, calls for pickup at 11:30pm. Shook me down for $100 for some spare parts in the car. Car arrives in MD, repeatedly fails to make stated drop off time. Shows up in my neighborhood at 11:30pm. Refuses to unload car unless I pay him $100 for “extra load” of spare parts. All the while making a racket in the middle of the night. Unload car and about destroys the clutch in the process. ZERO RESPECT for my time. Still haven’t heard from Montway to see if the driver showed Avoid these guys. Poorly run operation.
