Poor transport service for my Audi Q5

I was extremely upset about the pickup driver who came with one lady in his truck, he rushed me so much that I couldn’t take much picture of my car, he wanted me to sign the document without any delay. He was extremely rude and unprofessional person and rather I got very scared about my brand new 2019 Audi Q5. I got scared when he said we aren’t responsible for any item that we loss it while transporting, that scared me about my baby car stroller, car seat and car rack. I called multiple times to customer service to know my car whereabout but they weren’t able to track it or know the exact location, the shipper were very bad people, Montway shouldn’t give them contract for their bad behavior. The car was delivered late than the given date, but I am grateful that I got my car finally.

Hello Tiwari, we apologize for the inconvenience. Within our terms and conditions and throughout the booking process, Montway transparently communicates with our customers our policies. We provide estimated dates for pick-up and delivery and this is based on thousands of similar shipments, but it is not a guarantee. Delays can occur for many reasons beyond the driver's control. We also inform that personal items are not covered by insurance, and it is 100% their option and decision to leave personal items in the vehicle at their own risk. Auto transport is just that, transporting your auto across the country- it is not designed to provide security for the transport of your personal belongings. The exterior of the vehicle is what requires inspection as part of the USDOT process, the motor carrier does not inventory personal items. We can see that you spoke with our team in regard to carrier status and we provided updates on carrier arrival. Driver professionalism is very important to us, and we will make sure to provide this feedback to the carrier and work with them to improve services.
