Moved 2 cars cross-country with Montway. Customer service is excellent. They keep in constant contact with you and are very available with your questions from pickup to delivery. You actually get to communicate directly with the driver during the transport. I got quotes from several other companies and Montway had the best rates by far. Their pickup window was also very quick - only had to wait a couple days. The only drawback is that the first email I got with the pickup and delivery dates were only estimates, albeit only +- 1 day, which in hindsight is totally reasonable - I just wish the word "estimate" was more prominent. I bought a plane ticket based on the delivery date that turned out to be an estimated date. Huge points for allowing us to put extra stuff in the trunk at no extra charge. Overall a great experience.
