I received excellent service from Montway. What pleased me especially was the ability to speak with them on weekends, and after usual business hours on weekdays. I was also very pleased that my car was picked up the same day that I was leaving for Florida, rather than several days prior to leaving. I've had my car transported between Maryland and Florida 10 times in the past five years. Prior to dealing with Montway, I had been using another company which proved somewhat less than satisfactory. For one thing, only once in five years was my phone call to them answered by a person; every other time I had to leave a message, which was ignored, since only once was the call returned (and even then, only after I had left three messages). The company also ignored my emails. In addition, my car was almost always picked up for delivery three or four days before I was leaving. This proved very inconvenient since it deprived me of any means to shop for food. On the last occasion that I used that company, my car was delivered a full week after it was picked up, because the truck driver went from Florida directly to New York, before turning back to Maryland. Needless to say, I intend to continue using Montway in the future.
