When the car was picked up, we were asked to take the car to a place which is around half an hour away. We rejected since it is not convenient for us. Finally, the car was picked up at a place which is very close to the pre-determined pick-up location.
The shipment was quite fast. The car was picked up on Friday morning and I got my car here in San Francisco on the following Monday.
Overall, it is a nice experience and I will recommend to my friends.
