I recently relocated from Washington, D.C. to sunny Los Angeles. I shipped my household goods and my car across the country. The car shipment was the easiest and best part of the moving process! Of course, I waited until the last minute to book the service. Not a problem -The customer service rep spoke with me about the pickup windows and helped me to save money! She also made a notation about my availability, ensuring that the car would be delivered after I arrived in Los Angeles. The driver notified me 45 minutes prior to pickup, per my request. He gave me very valuable information - make sure you take down your toll pass before any long distance transport to avoid charges! Unfortunately, I had a flight delay and cancellation. The company called to try to deliver my car the following day. I informed them of the situation and they were very understanding and courteous. I received my car 1 day later, in excellent condition! I really appreciated that the majority of communication was done via text. This company is extremely professional and reliable. I will definitely use this service in the future!
