Worth the price to give me peace of mind

My car was picked up 4th of July before 7am GA time and the car was delivered July 7 4pm CA time. I love how it was easy to communicte with everyone! The chat was very helpful! All my “special requests” were “noted” down and the agents I spoke to can always look back and see my circumstance. My first pick up date was July 2 and I told them I am flying on the 12 and the car should be picked up before that.. my circumstance was really complicated as they don’t pick up weekends and I work all that Monday, off only that Tuesday, and work again all other weekdays before I fly away. I work from 7a to 7p so i asked if they can note for the driver to pick up the car before 7am or after 7pm. They paired me with Bid Inc., (driver Richard) and Richard really delivered! Montway was the Number one in my “research” and it was also the most expensive. Given that my circumstance was “complicated”, i opted to go for the “best” in terms of reviews even though it meant I was paying more than the others out there. But it was well worth it because it gave me peace of mind. Thank you, Montway and Bid Inc transport, especially the driver, Richard. Special thanks to Montway chat agents—Jordan, Merian, Martin, Benie and Morgan. They were all patient and highly professional in dealing with their client’s concerns.
