Montway customer service: 5 stars I-Haul Motors LLC's driver Clifford Nnaka: ZERO stars Ryan, Jaret, Raymond, and other members of the Montway team were very responsive and supportive with helping me communicate with the driver assigned to transport my vehicle. I've used Montway several times but the most recent experience with Clifford Nnaka of I-Haul Motors LLC was the worst. Unreliable, poor communication, and horrible customer service. It was difficult to get a hold of the driver but when I did, he kept telling me that the car would be delivered the following evening. He did this for 3 days. He was also supposed to call 2 hours prior to pick up. Didn't happen. In the end though, Ryan from Montway made things right. Here's my suggestion to Montway: customers should be able to view, rate, and choose the auto shipping companies based on other customer's reviews. That would motivate the auto shipping companies to be more competitive and provide customers with a better customer service experience.
