Before I contacted Montway, I placed an order to ship my Nissan Altima with another company which I called SAD. After a month, SAD could not find a driver to ship my car. At that time, I had only two weeks left to meet my schedule. I was desperate to find a company to ship my car ASAP. After a couple of online chats with Montway representatives, I felt good about them and placed my order. Next day, I got both text and email which informed me about the truck driver. However, just an hour later, I was informed that there was a mechanical problem on the truck and it was out of service. My reaction was no, No, NO! I called Montway and they told me that they will find another driver in next a couple of days. Later, they contacted me and confirmed the pick-up and delivery date. It still fit in my original schedule. The car was shipped from the west coast to the east coast in 5 days. Montway operation was very smooth. Their communication is prompt and clear. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend this company.
