Good customer service. Contacted me within the time frame, The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. I got their email saying that they had located a carrier. I called the dealership to inform them immediately and the car was being loaded as we spoke. Montway called the next day and told me the car would be delivered by noon the next day. I had arranged to meet them at a parking lot nearby as I doubted they could get up to my house due to tight turns. Received a call at 11:30 and was told the driver was there. Everything went as planned. Satisfied
