Received my car today from the trucker Montway dispatched from Castillo Trucking Company. Trucker was friendly, happy, and delivered when said, even in the craziness in preparation for Hurricane Florence, as well as running into road closures. As far as Montway I can not say enough good things of them. They were caring, understanding, patient with me having to postpone several times, even after sending trucker, due to dealership undisclosure of certain policies they have as far as funding, when ordering a car online, as opposed to in person. Had I have known it was going to be so difficult to get the car, would have never dealt with them. In any case, Montway went out of their way to get me this car asap, I could tell they knew how upset I was for it to take over 3 weeks to get contract done right, and after the 3rd trucker they had to dispatch for me had to cancel, due to hurricane, understandable, they went out of their way to get me another trucker who even got here before the previous trucker could, and before the hurricane. Just could go on and on, but when all said and done, they were able to put a smile back on my face after being absolutely miserable dealing with the dealership, when of course they had all my money by the 2nd week and couldn't back out. Would recommend Montway to all highly!
