Anyone that I had contact with Montway were very good to work with each time I spoke with them. They were personable, professional, and caring. My concern was not with the way the vehicle was delivered and the driver, Freddie with Paper IMPEX USA, Inc was excellent. The vehicle was delivered on April17th, 2018 minus a Running Board on the driver's side. We immediately spoke to the GM, Nick with Paper IMPEX who sent us e mail on April 18th stating they would cover the cost of which they did and he said they ordered it on April 18th. He didn't order it until May 1st and he denies that as this review is being done. He could NEVER be reached at his office and would NEVER return calls or respond to a text, very disappointed and I will NEVER accept their company again. I realize Paper IMPEX can't control a warehouse but they can certainly keep a customer updated. Karla with Montway in Claims took over doing an outstanding job, communicating with me daily. The part is to arrive on 5/10. This world is about communication with its customers.Thank you Karla.
