I was expecting the worst (as a first time transport customer, and based on general reviews I read on websites of the industry, not Monway specifically) but was pleasantly surprised. I chose Montway based on their positive reviews and the ease of their website/interface and online chat customer service option. The transaction was basically seamless. My driver arrived 30 minutes early to the pickup location, was friendly and smiling, consistently texted updates/responded, arrived a day earlier than expected at the destination, and was flexible/accommodating in regard to the location for loading/unloading the vehicle, since it was departing from a tiny street a truck can't access and arriving at a busy two-line street it can't block. I was surprised by the carrier, since I paid for open transport, I expected some sort of large car carrier. It was actually a two-car trailer (like you transport race cars) and closed, which I understand normally costs more. Overall, the transaction was seamless and if I ever run into the need for transport again (or someone looking for a referral) I will use Montway.
