Worst service EVER!

Not only did they lie about when the pickup would occur, but upon calling customer service and getting lucky enough to make it through the entire cue without being disconnected, I got hung up on by the foreigner that did answer the call. Absolutely rude, unreliable and divisive. They even tried to charge a cancellation fee after all this. Needless to say, I vehemently refused to pay anything. They did issue a prompt and complete refund. This is the only reason they get one star from me.
I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience with them.
