*** To begin with, this is not a fake/false/paid review. I am writing this out of my own interest and just because I was totally satisfied with Montway and All Auto Express ***
When I was planning to ship my car from Boston to Los Angeles I was doing my thorough analysis online for more than a week about the various car shipping vendors/companies available in the US. Most of them obviously had either very bad or worst reviews overall and it really made me to think I should just drive myself from BOS to LAX. Finally, just before I was about to take that decision I came across Montway Auto Transport and their reviews were OK even though there were a few critical negative reviews I still went ahead only by their good BBB rating. But to my complete satisfaction from the time they took my order in and till they delivered my car, I saw nothing but very professional services. Their communication with me was excellent and they kept calling me to update when the driver was actually going to come and pick up the car. Even though there were slight delays in their estimated pick up date, the driver finally came the day before I was about to fly out of BOS. It took only 6 days for them to deliver my car in LA. And again right before the driver was about to reach LA, the day before actual delivery date both Montway as well as All Auto Express called me to inform and confirm about the delivery address and time. So top notch services overall.

Positives:
1) Brilliant communication which in this business I don't see with many other vendors from reviews many customers have posted on the internet
2) Excellent follow up by the front end team to ensure I was kept up to date.

Negatives:
Nothing much really. Very hard to find negatives!!! A bit pricey compared to other vendors I was checking with in this business but for the quality of service rendered I am completely OK with the price quoted.

All in All a completely trustworthy auto transport company - Montway and All Auto Express (vendor used in my case).

I would definitely recommend you guys confidently and wholeheartedly to my friends/colleagues if anyone wants to ship their car.

Thanks to you guys for giving me piece of mind which I might have not got with any other vendor!!!
