I based on advertising on Montway, booked a transport from Iowa to Florida, for November.I called on 10/12/17 to merely change the type of car to transport. I was originally put on hold for 20 minutes. I than was transferred to another person, ( a woman) who asked me what I needed, I said, please do not put me on hold again and she did. I waited another 10 minutes and inquired as to my time on hold, she was put out by the question and could care less that I finally cancelled the order. This is really inconsiderate and outrageous customer service

We have the capabilities of pulling all calls and hold times for every inbound and outbound call made. We show you contacted the sales department after your order was placed. Our agent transferred you to the appropriate department, in which all calls are answered in the order they are received. Your call was on hold for less than 5 minutes before the agent answered the line to assist you. We wish you the best of luck in your auto transport!
