I had my car shipped from Montway transports two years ago. Recently, I got a few tickets in the mail (not affiliated with Montway) a few months before shipping my car. I had left it at a car dealership to be sold and when they couldn't sell it I had it shipped to my new address. Apparently someone at the dealership was driving my car without my knowledge or permission and accrued a bunch of tickets that didn't come to my knowledge until recently when I received collection notices in the mail. I have been trying to gather information in order to prove the car was not in my possession at the time. I went onto the Montway shipping website to try and look for a receipt showing when the car was delivered to me. I was having a hard time navigating the website when a chat box popped up suddenly with James Dimitrov's name asking if I needed help with something. In a matter of seconds I had exactly what I needed in my inbox. The receipt showing when the car came back into my possession. James' quick, efficient responses were very helpful during a very stressful time. Thanks so much James!
