Came to my destination 1 day late from estimated time. Car came without damage. They will try to find a driver within your requested pick up date and call you when they have confirmation. Requested additional $80 from estimated price. They called 24hr prior to delivery and trucker updated me 2 times the day of. Overall great experience and communication.
