Montway response to my initial auto transport request

I contacted Montway to set up a pickup for a vehicle that I was buying 2100 miles away in California. They called back in half an hour with offer to
pickup my vehicle in two days. I was able to talk to the driver and decide on a pickup location and time agreeable to me as well as Montway.
THe rendezvous for pickup occurred as planned and the process of inspecting and loading my car was professionally done.
The driver gave me a 2 day window of expected delivery of my car to my home in Illinois. He contacted me on the 1st day of the window to confirm
a time for day 2.He called again about one hour before the projected delivery time, and he arrived at my home as promised.
My car had been well prepared and protected for the 2100 mile journey and was in perfect condition as the driver backed it out of the trailer onto the street.
After we inspected the vehicle together, I paid the driver the remaining balance and the transaction was complete.
Overall, a very satisfying experience. Everything happened as planned and the expense was worthwhile.
