The contracted driver was very kind, professional and could be reached anytime. I used an open transport truck for my car, so when it arrived it was a bit dirty but that is to be expected. There was no damage and the car arrived very quickly (around 4 days from pickup- ~ 3000 mile destination). The only issue was that the pick up was slightly delayed as Montway could not find a driver for my route (2 days past the estimated "within 5 business day pickup"). However, that was not a big issue as customer service was easy to reach. I would use Montway for future transportation needs.
