I HAD TO CHANGE MY TRANSPORT DATE AT LAST MINUTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WERE PATIENT AND FRIENDLY. DROP OFF WAS A DAY EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED AND PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL IN MEMPHIS, WHICH WAS PERFECT!
