I noticed a small new scratch on the side, and the car was covered with dirt and grease. After taking it to the car wash, I noticed some new small scratches by one of the back doors. It's hard to see all of the scratches when it's covered with grease from the diesel fuel. Also they informed me that I would have to pay an extra $149.00 in order to have it picked up by the previously agreed upon time period. The driver was very polite and nice, however, he didn't offer to pay for the scratch repair or cleaning. Other than that, I'd possibly call them again. My brother had a total "no show" with another company and had to rent a car for 3 months in FL.
