The pickup date Montway gave was delayed 3 business days. The agents explained that they were working to assign a driver for my destination and timeframe and were having difficulty probably due to the holiday weekend. The Monday morning after the holiday weekend I received a call that a driver was assigned. He came to pick up the car at exactly the time he promised. He was very professional, careful and thorough in setting the car onto the truck. He delivered the car unscathed and at exactly the time he promised as well. Once we got over the bump of the driver assignment delay it was all smooth sailing and I would recommend Montway to others. My only suggestion for customer service is if there are delays in assigning a driver they should let the customer know every step of the way via a phone call or an email. That would help allay any concerns.
