Overall, my experience with Montway was satisfactory. My experience with the driver of the carrier was good. On the other hand, I think that door-to-door service should mean door-to-door service. Additionally, Montway should give at least 24 hours notice (as advertised) for vehicle pick-up. Two hours notice prior to pick-up is not fair and can cause serious inconvenience. Also, Montway should set up their system where all payments are made to them safely online and not directly to the driver. It is not wise to walk around with a huge sum of money to pay at the time of the delivery of the vehicle. Lastly, the customer service representatives should adopt a more welcoming, pleasant and patient tone with customers. This attitude would probably attract and maintain many more customers, and foster better business.
