I had a very positive experience with Montway Auto Transport from start to finish. I researched numerous transport companies for several weeks before discovering Montway through a friend-of-a-friend's recommendation. I have read and heard of some true auto transport horror stories, so finding this company with its well-deserved A+rating with the Better Business Bureau was a real godsend. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, accurate in the information they provided me, timely, and transparent in all their dealings with me. There were absolutely NO HIDDEN COSTS! The driver arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and efficient. My car arrived on time and in great shape. It is a non-running vehicle, and many transport companies will not haul a non-operational car. Montway's communication is excellent. I was always kept informed of progress, and I never had to "wait and see". I will most definitely use Montway in the future if ever I should again need to ship a vehicle. A huge thank you to all at Montway for a job extremely well done. Five star rating across the board!
