Five stars, but not quite perfect.

Service staff were available and pleasant, pickup was on time, rate was good, and vehicle arrived with no issues. Overall, I'm very happy and would use company again.

My only complaints were that the original forecast arrival day was missed with no telephone call or email to inform me, and the communication on the delivery was weak. When I called two days later than the original delivery date estimate, the driver spoke almost no English but told me he would be at the house in an hour. Since I was at work, I had to hustle to ensure I had someone there to accept the vehicle. Three hours later I called the driver to find out the status. He told me he would be there in five minutes (had some excuses, but I couldn't understand the pronunciation). In another hour, I called to find out if he was still coming. I couldn't understand most of what he said, but did catch "you need to give me a break". He may have said a lot of really sweet and kind things, but since I could only understand the one sentence, it struck me as out of line, since he had already missed the multiple commitments he'd made to me (the original day, the 'one-hour', and the 'five-minutes'). Anyway, he ended up coming about 90 minutes after the five minute estimate. From what I was told, he was perfectly pleasant once he arrived.

Again, overall the experience was very good.
