So the actual timeliness of our transport was amazing. The driver was also amazing as well. There was plenty of communication and they were beyond accomodating. However, we are now missing 2 pair of RayBans from the second car that were defintely in the vehicle before it was shipped. That is now $400 that I will have to file a claim for and fight with the brokerage to,be reimbursed for. That is extremely disappointing because of how the rest of the experience was.
