The service was good and once the Red answered the phone he informed me of the where about and time estimate of his travel. I say communication could have been better because one day the Rep did not answer the phone at all, and finally a text message hours later after I sent a second one asking if he received the first one. Understanding the profession I understand there are factors that could have been the reason. But, overall the experience was not bad and the two reps were professional. My vehicle was delivered in a very reasonable time. I would use this service again.
