First Time Shipping My Car....

This is was the first time I've ever shipped my car, and from a friend's recommendation I chose Montway. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and customer service was very easy to get ahold of. I even had to change both my pickup and delivery address and it went off without a hitch. My car arrived unscathed and with all my possessions still in tow, so that was extremely relieving.

However, I do not give it a full 5 stars just because communication from the actual driver was a little spotty. My car was scheduled to be picked up on a Wednesday, but I didn't hear from anyone until about 2 hours before they arrived to pick up my car. Then I got a 0 minute warning when my car was delivered that next Saturday (the driver called me saying he was already at the pick-up location.) This was obviously a little frustrating because there was no way I could have planned my day around the drop-off. Shipping time was longer than I expected, but not a big deal since I didn't pay for a guaranteed delivery date.
