I was shipping my car originally through a different company. This company very unprofessional. After providing quote and booking service did not contacted me nor answered phone calls/emails. It was assured that the car would be picked up and driver would contact me. The pick up date came and nothing. I decided to go through a different car transportation company and I was referred to Montway. I called that day, provided the information required and things were all set for them to ship my car ASAP. Great customer service and they assure me Montway would take care of me, and they did. The car was picked up that same day and was delivered earlier in the day agreed, but patiently driver waited for my arrival, as I traveled that same day. Would recommend Montway to anyone.
