Montway and our carrier, B2B were absolutely amazing! Everyone communicated very well throughout the whole experience. I've shipped vehicles with other companies in the past and it's always been a huge nightmare so I was definitely nervous about shipping with another company but I'm so glad I found Montway! I will honestly never use another company again. I've never left reviews for other companies but felt like I needed to tell you all how amazing this group of folks were. The one and only hiccup we had was I accidently got charged multiple times the deposit but Montway was quick to resolve it and even emailed and called me to apologize and make it right! Our driver was AMAZING also! Very kind and stayed in contact the whole time. He was very clear with dates and would call with updates. I'm very pleased with this whole experience and highly recommend this company. I've never tipped any of the previous drivers I've had, they were all AWFUL but I was happy to to give our driver some extra cash for being so great!
