My vehicle was picked up within the dates given to pick up and delivered on the first day stated it could be delivered. My vehicle had all items in it upon arrival. The car was slightly dirty however that was expected on a cross country travel. I was very satisfied with costumer service, half way through the trip for my car I had to change the drop off laction (still same city) and they did not hestitate to fix and notify the driver. Over all very satisfied with my expereience.
