Excellent communication with email updates and driver updates by phone. Driver asked mid-trip if he could detour to assist another driver, but stayed on schedule when he found out that we were trying to beat an incoming storm. Our only complaint was that the driver collected more than the balance of the invoice when he arrived, but we did not discover that until after he left. He did such a good overall job, that I'm just going to consider it a built-in tip.
