My son who lives in Arizona was on his way to a job interview when he was involved in a car accident (someone hit him) and totaled his car. He ended up getting the job but needed a car to get back and forth from work and school. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord in Illinois for him and needed to get the car to him ASAP. I reviewed several auto transport sites and found that lot of them had problems with 1. Drivers asking for more money upon delivery than was quoted. 2. Cars were damage in transport and not being liable for damage. 3. Drivers not showing up after customer was given date and time for pickup. After reviewing several sites I choose Montway Auto Transport. I was quoted a price of $749.00 with a deposit of $199.00. After the deposit was taken I was given a pick up date of September 28, 2016 between the hours of 1:00-3:00 p.m. I received a telephone call on 9-28-2016 around 10:30 am saying the driver is a little early could he pick up the car around 11:00 am. I was ecstatic I wouldn't have to take off of work. Matt picked up the car at 11:00 am and a check of the car was done and Matt was on his way. The car was expected to be dropped off on Tuesday October the 4th. My son called me on Monday October the 03, 2016 stating that he had his car and he loved it. Not only had Matt delivered the car early but the car was in the same condition as when he picked it up (outside of some dirt from the travel). Matt took the remainder balance with no problems or questions. Both Montway and Matt from Dirt Racing Motorsports did an excellent job, kept their word, and was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Montway Auto Transport to any one or mother who wants to make sure their child's car is taken care of.
