Immediately after I booked the shipment, I received a confirmation email from Montway. Shortly after that, I received a phone call from Velina at Montway to confirm all the details of my transport, so it could be dispatched, and she gave me an estimated date for pickup, and I got another email once the transport was booked and dispatched with the contact info for the driver. The driver was very professional in contacting both the pickup and delivery contacts I listed to let them know 24hrs and then 1hr before pickup/ delivery. The service was great, the transport was incredibly timely, and I would definitely recommend this company to others looking to ship a vehicle!
