Pickup was late, but the delivery was prompt

I was initially dissatisfied with the service, since my car was picked up 4 days later than the pickup date. When I called to actually cancel the service, Montway arranged a pickup order on the date when I left my old address. I had to hand my key to a friend. The pickup went smoothly and the delivery was almost on the date and time discussed on the phone. I am finally happy to receive my car safely. But I wish the pickup service was arranged more smoothly.
