The platform was simple to use, though I was dinged with a red flag for attempting to contact the transport system after I had accepted a bid and paid them. Apparently, it takes time to update the uShip system. That said, the customer satisfaction rep was very responsive and informative. The vehicle showed up a day late but overall uShip's service was solid. No other complaints.
