I shipped my car from California to New York. Overall the experience was good. I paid a 40% premium to have the car shipped on a specific date, but the driver really insisted that I do it the day before. Eventually I ended up sending the car the day before, which meant I had to rush some errands, making the process of moving more unpleasant than it already was. So I docked a star in this review for that. Other than that, it is almost like magic. You hand in your car and keys to a driver in one state and it shows up a few days later in another state. Depending on your driver, you get a call the day before or on the day of delivery (you always get two calls the day before pickup, one from the call center, another from the driver). My driver already told me what day he was going to be in New York to drop the car off, so he just called me the day of. I would definitely appreciate it if calling the day before became standard operating procedure even if the driver had said what day he was planing to drop the car off at the city of origin. The drop off was easy and painless. My keys were handed back, and I was on my way in a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend working with these guys, but if you have time, pick the option of having a 5 day window to have your car picked.
