This was my first time shipping my vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised. Communication was clear from the beginning, the vehicle was picked up on time, and it was delivered when promised. Only complaint is the hold time/length of time to get a returned call, but I guess that's to be expected when you have a company that is so good. Also, when I received my vehicle it was very dusty on the outside- however, I've never had a vehicle shipped before and so that could just be a common thing. Overall, great experience and I would use Montway again!
