My 09 Nissan Altima lost the transmission while on vacation 70 miles south of Denver, Colorado. I made some frantic calls after searching the internet for a service to get my car back to California. I was beyond skeptical to be venturing into a service I knew nothing about. However, when I called the 800 number, I was more than surprised by the pleasant and helpful agent I reached. I had a dozen questions. Each question was answered without hesitation or a lame script. I spoke to an honest, knowledgeable agent who did not pressure me into making a decision right now. After nailing down some details to leave the car where it was, I phoned back the 800 number. A different but equally pleasant agent answered my call, I asked for the person by name I was working with previously and was happily transferred to his line.
After the arrangement had been made, a date set for the pick up and return of my car, I headed down the road in a rental car but continued to keep my fingers crossed. To my surprise-I was updated via email each step of the way. The order confirmation-the pick up date-notification the car was picked up-the car was en route-the delivery date. I continued to be impressed when I received a phone call from the driver to confirm the delivery time down to the minute. The driver was as courteous and professional as my encounters over the phone to begin the process. I never spend this much time writing a review or lavishing as much praise as I am here. But I have to tell you Montway hit it out of the park for me. Kudos!! Top-Notch!
