My experience with Montway started positive, got a little rocky in the middle, but ended very well. I received my booking confirmation on a Thursday and was pleased to also receive my dispatch notification the same day for a Saturday pickup. However, on Friday I received a call and email stating that the original carrier was no longer able to complete transport and a new one would be assigned. This was on Friday morning and they said they would alert me when the new carrier was found. I heard nothing on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. This was frustrating because the vehicle was purchased via eBay and I was not in constant contact with the person on the pickup side. On Monday morning after not hearing anything, I called Montway only to discover that the vehicle had already been picked up on Sunday but I did not receive any dispatch information. I asked for this email along with the driver's information and it was promptly sent over. The scheduled deliver date was Thursday but I was pleased to hear from the driver that he would be there on Tuesday. The vehicle arrived within the scheduled time with no issues. Montway delivered on what they promised but I can't give a 5 star review due some lack in communication.
