I was very pleased with my experience. I had a unique situation, as the pickup was for my 94 year old grandmother. The driver was kind and polite, he spoke slow to her and spent some time making her feel good. She was losing her car, losing her independence, and it was sad for her. I had given the driver a heads up about it. He went the extra mile to be gracious to her. The car was delivered to me across the country five days later in excellent condition. I had constant contact with the driver, and he was prompt to return my messages. All in all, I would highly recommend this service and if I needed a car transported again, I would choose them again!
