Good online customer service & Accurate transportation time

I would like to give a 4.5-star but it only allows me to choose 4 or 5 stars. Anyways...see my reasons below, please.

Pros:
- Had good experience when I was online quoting and chatting with the customer representative (sorry I forgot his name). The representative answered my questions promptly.
- Was offered two ways of payment. You can pay less if you go with cash instead of a credit card.
- Transport cost is affordable.
- The estimated dates of pick-up and delivery were very accurate. As for pick-up, the driver called me and said that he would arrive around 4 pm. And he indeed arrived at 4 pm. As for delivery, the driver called me one day ahead to inform me that my car would arrive tomorrow. The next day he called me and told me that he would arrive in one hour, and he did arrive at my place exactly one hour later.

Cons:
- Found dirt on the floor of the driver side.
- I left a power bank, a GPS, and a folder of CDs in the storage box next to the driver seat. One day later when I needed to use the GPS which was charged by the power bank, I realized that the power bank was missing while the GPS and the CDs were still there.

Conclusion:
I would recommend this company to my friends if they need to transport their cars in the future. But I would also suggest them to leave their items in a box or in the rear compartment which they can lock up.
