Thank you Montway for a very successful shipping of my car! I chose Montway because of the good reviews and I felt even more satisfied with my decision when I received an inexpensive quote and after I talked to Conrad with customer service who gave me a very detailed explanation of Montway's auto shipping process. He was very courteous and helpful over the phone and spent as much time as I needed so as to get all my questions answered. I also called a number of times during the process to change the load date, ask questions and track my car all of which involved good service and very helpful representatives. Fast Freight trucking came on the scheduled day to pick up my car and the process was simple and the young man who helped me was very thorough and detailed. The trucker who transported my car to its final destination was very kind. My car was in good shape besides the obvious dirt from traveling. Overall I felt that Montway gave excellent service at a reasonable price and I would gladly recommend Montway to others.
