Very Happy with Montway, but didn't like the carrier that was used

Montway customer service was on point. I had a MAJOR problem with the carrier I was assigned to - Fast Freight carrier's communication was terrible - they were very late in the delivery and did not communicate with me at all. I would call, they would lie to me saying it would be delivered this day or the next, and then it wasn't. Then I would call back during normal business hours they next day after not receiving my car, and they wouldn't answer the phone. I think part of the reason why I finally got the car was because of the customer service and responsiveness of the Montway employees. They were very understanding when I explained to them all that was happening, and they contacted Fast Freight numerous times on my behalf to update me and ultimately make sure they actually delivered me my car. Car was delivered right to my doorstep in great condition.
